- A brief description of the behaviours of concern and the current support context

For support coordinators: We understand your role and aim to make every referral as straightforward as possible. We communicate promptly, document thoroughly, and keep you informed throughout the process. A service agreement will be provided prior to commencement of services.
Common questions.
Who can access Allied Progress services?
We support NDIS participants of all ages — children, young people, and adults. We work across home, school, community, supported accommodation, and telehealth settings.
How long does it take to start?
Following a referral, we aim to make initial contact within one business day. The timeframe from referral to assessment will depend on the complexity of support needs and current practitioner availability.
Are your practitioners registered with the NDIS Commission?
Yes. All Allied Progress behaviour support practitioners are assessed as suitable by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and operate within the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
