Predictable, professional, partnership-based.

We know your job depends on the providers you trust to deliver. Our goal is to make working with Allied Progress one of the easiest parts of your week โ€” not one of the hardest.

Clear Communication

You'll have a named practitioner, direct contact details, and we respond to most enquiries within one business day.

Reliable Reporting

Reports are delivered before plan reviews โ€” never the morning of. We give you advance notice of timeframes when work begins.

Transparent Process

You'll know who's working with the participant, what stage they're at, and what to expect at each milestone.

Joined-Up Practice

We work alongside other providers in the participant's network โ€” speech pathologists, OTs, GPs, schools โ€” so support is consistent.

Quick, structured, and easy.

Use our online referral form to send everything we need in one go. To help us respond faster, please include:

  • Participant's full name, date of birth, and NDIS number
  • Plan management type and plan review date (if known)
  • A brief description of the behaviours of concern and current support context
  • Any existing reports, plans, or assessments that may be relevant
  • Any urgent timeframes or upcoming plan reviews we should know about

Have multiple participants to refer? Send them all in one email and we'll respond with a single coordinated reply.

Common questions.

How do you handle complex cases?

We assess every case carefully at intake. For participants with complex presentations, we assign a senior practitioner and may involve specialist consultation. We'll always tell you upfront if we believe another provider would be a better fit.

What happens when a plan review approaches?

Tell us the plan review date when you refer. We'll work backwards to make sure you have a current report at least 4 weeks before. If we're already engaged with a participant, just send us the date as soon as you have it.

Do you provide letters of support for plan reviews?

Yes. We can provide supporting documentation for plan reviews, funding requests, or NDIS reviews. Just let us know what's needed and by when.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

Tell us as soon as possible. Our practice manager personally reviews every concern raised by a support coordinator. We'd rather hear it directly than lose your trust quietly.

Can we collaborate on participant case conferences?

Absolutely โ€” and we welcome it. Our practitioners can attend case conferences in person or via telehealth. Just let us know the date and agenda and we'll make it work.

Got a participant in mind?
